  • Add Milk & Yogurt In Your Diet
  • Don’t drink juices in Sehr
  • Drink at least 2 glasses of water
  • Eat those foods/meal which contains high level of water
  • Eat date in sehr also
  • Eat One Ilaichi (Cardamom) it will reduce your thirst during fast
